5 Bite Diet and my journey

So if you haven't heard there is a crazy diet called the 5 bite diet that, according to my research, has helped all those who have stuck with it to lose large amounts of weight. This diet was usually recommended to gastric bypass candidates as an alternative to  drastic gastric bypass surgery. The creator of this diet is the author of “Why Weight Around,” Dr Lewis.
According  to Dr. Lewis, it is safe to lose large amounts of weight at a time due to the amount of fat in our bodies. When we don't feed our bodies, our bodies take care of them selves by getting energy from our stored fat.
His diet plan is the following:
Skipping breakfast and instead having black coffee or tea or zero calorie drinks (even diet soda)
Unlimited amounts of zero calorie drinks (drink alot)
One multi vitamin a day
Five  mini-snicker sized bites of any food for lunch
Five mini-snicker sized bites of any food for Dinner
One of these ten total bites must be protein
No exercise for first 3 days
After getting to goal weight daily incorporate bites of food for breakfast until you are able to maintain your weight without gaining or losing
To get a feel for what 5 bites feels like in terms of volume, Dr. Lewis recommends eating a snickers bar. A snickers bar is exactly how much food in volume one should consume.
Results:
There has not been a person on this diet that has not lost weight.
Many have lost 14 to 20 pounds in 2 weeks.
Many say the first 3 days are the hardest but after, cravings have diminished and appetite has decreased.
According to Dr. Lewis and others who have posted their results online, cholesterol levels have decrease, diabetics have been pulled off of injections and medications and blood pressures have dropped.
This diet is to teach about portion control which is something many lack.
My husband and I have begun this diet today. I will try to post our results weekly =) FYI although my weight seems to be very little I am over weight for my height. I need to weigh 110 to have a normal bmi do please don't be alarmed and yes I have tried working out and eating healthy to lose weight but after going from 150 to 123ish I have plateaued. I hope this helps me=) (Husbands bmi recommends a normal weight of 170, his goal is 200 for now.

Day 1 Self: 124.4 lbs
Day 1Hubby: 256

*Day 1 was very difficult I was immediately hungry after meals and tempted to eat more, especially during the kid's meal times. I managed to distract myself with this diet's success stories and lots of cleaning. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I felt sluggish all day. *Day2 and so on will continue to be posted in the 5 bite diet journey tab, next to the home tab.

Easy Way to Get Rid Of Bloating

There are many ways to get rid of bloating-- pills, exercising, workouts.
one quick way is to:

~ Take Anti-Gas Medication Taking gas pills or medication instantly help by immediately breaking down gas bubbles in the stomach and resulting in a flatter stomach. GasX medicated strips are easy and fast to use.

To avoid bloating the following day, one can refrain from eating dairy products, breads, and starches. Also done vegetables (such as lettuce and broccoli) cause bloating and should be avoided. By doing so, one's digestive system won't produce excess gas in the stomach from digesting these products and
will result in a bloat-free flat stomach. Salmon is also great for keeping bloating away.

What are the top 3 ways to earn money online?

There are many ways to earn money online, unfortunately alot of those ways require money from the inquirer and turn out to be scams. Some websites claim that you will make thousands of dollars within the first month. The truth is that the majority of legit online money makers take time for one to earn a good amount of cash. They don't pay much but they are real. So here are the top 3 ways to earn money online:

1. Take online Surveys- Some websites give you points for survey that you complete and in turn you can trade those points for cash. Others pay you with anywhere from $5-$20 per survey.
The disadvantage is that alot of the surveys begin with screening questions that screen you out so you don't get any points.
A good survey website is Globaltestmarket.com

2. Click away- Some websites pay you to click on ads and spend time viewing them. Others pay you to help them complete small tedious tasks such as sorting out online info or reading emails.
The disadvantage is that it may take a while to accumulate any real money since alot of these only pay half a cent to a ten cents per task.
A good website that involves money for clicking is ChaCha answers. You can become a guide and make money by either answering questions or sorting through answers.

3. Google Adsense- If you make a free online blog you can add Google Adsence to it and get money every time someone clicks on an ad on your blog.
A disadvantage to this is that if you don't have enough people viewing your blog or clicking on ads you don't make anything, but it is free!
